Founder
Charles Ash is the managing member of National Wage and Hour Law. He has extensive experience in litigating class and collective action lawsuits in federal courts throughout the country.
Charles has recovered millions of dollars in wages on behalf of his clients. The judicial opinions issued in many of his cases have improved working conditions and compensation benefits for employees around the country. In fact, he was named by Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star."
His bar admissions include: the State of Michigan, Eastern District of Michigan, Western District of Michigan, Northern District of Illinois, District of Colorado, Western District of Texas, the Eight Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He has been admitted pro hac vice to federal courts for wage and hour litigation in states that include, but are not limited to: California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Iowa, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Missouri, Texas, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, New York, and Pennsylvania.
When he is not practicing law, Charles enjoys spending time with his kids, playing soccer, and watching science fiction movies. He is an avid supporter of the English soccer team Tottenham Hotspur.

Oscar A. Rodriguez

Oscar Rodriguez is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice is focused on complex litigation, including wage and hour class and collective actions.
Oscar has litigated wage and hour cases in federal courts throughout the country. These class, collective, and representative actions have involved a myriad of legal issues including employee misclassification, off-the-clock work, regular rate violations, breach of contract, and unlawful time rounding cases.
Oscar has the unique experience of having successfully represented both defendants and plaintiffs in wage and hour disputes.
Jinan M. Hamood

Jinan Hamood is an experienced litigator that understands how stressful and overwhelming a legal problem can be and how difficult it is to manage a court case. Her motto is to advocate with toughness against an opponent but always maintain compassion for her client.
Jinan serves as the president of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan - Washtenaw Region. She is also fluent in Arabic.
