National Wage and Hour Law Attorney Charles "Rob" Ash was part of the legal team that secured a unanimous (9-0) victory at the United States Supreme Court against a Taco Bell franchise Owned by Sundance, Inc.  At issue in the case was whether federal courts may adopt an arbitration-specific rule conditioning a waiver of the right to arbitrate on a showing of prejudice.
